    病案科是医院管理必不可少的一个重要环节。而病案科的医院感染管理往往不被医院感染管理部门重视，也常常容易被病案科的工作人员所忽略。本文结合绵阳市人民医院病案科管理的具体情况，提出了今后进一步预防和减少病案科医院感染问题的对策建议。

    Hospital medical records department is an essential important part of Hospital management,but the hospital infection control in the medical records depart-ment is not often taken seriously.In this paper,combined with the actual situation in medical records department of Mianyang People’s hospital,we put forward suggestions for further prevention and reduction of hospital infection in medical records department.
