利用西台吉乃尔盐湖盐田老卤池中低钾高硫光卤石混盐矿为原料,及硫酸钾镁肥生产车间排出的母液及盐田水氯镁石,通过兑卤工艺-先正浮选提取氯化钾-后反浮选提取低钠光卤石混盐的工艺流程,并对光卤石混盐矿粒度、母液量、分解时间、正反浮选药剂相互影响关系等主要因素进行条件实验,验证工艺流程的可行性并获得最佳实验条件;同时通过先反浮选提取硫酸钾镁肥-后正浮选提取氯化钾的工艺流程,验证其可行性并取得试验钾回收率。
利用西檯吉迺爾鹽湖鹽田老滷池中低鉀高硫光滷石混鹽礦為原料,及硫痠鉀鎂肥生產車間排齣的母液及鹽田水氯鎂石,通過兌滷工藝-先正浮選提取氯化鉀-後反浮選提取低鈉光滷石混鹽的工藝流程,併對光滷石混鹽礦粒度、母液量、分解時間、正反浮選藥劑相互影響關繫等主要因素進行條件實驗,驗證工藝流程的可行性併穫得最佳實驗條件;同時通過先反浮選提取硫痠鉀鎂肥-後正浮選提取氯化鉀的工藝流程,驗證其可行性併取得試驗鉀迴收率。

The West Taijnar Saline Lake old brine pool of low potassium and high sulfur carnallite mixed salt as raw material, and potassium sulfate magnesium fertilizer discharged production workshop liquor and saline bischofite , by halogen process-the first positive flotation extraction of potassium chloride -reverse flotation process after the extraction of low sodium carnallite mixed salts , and the carnallite mixed salt particle size , liquor amount , decomposition time , direct reverse flotation reagent were main factors influencing relationship of experiments , to verify the feasibility of the process and obtain the best experimental conditions; process at the same time , by reverse flotation extraction of magnesium potassium sulfate fertilizer after flotation of extracting potassium chloride , verify its feasibility and potassium recovery test rate.Utilization of resource recovery increased sulfate type Saline Lake low potassium and high sulfur carnallite mixed salt mine, provided a new method for the total recovery of potassium and magnesium production system , reduced the rate of production cost.
