目的：检测子宫内膜癌组织中MDM2和p21的表达情况，探讨MDM2和p21在子宫内膜癌组织中存在及临床意义。方法采用传统的免疫组织化学S-P法检测子宫内膜癌、正常子宫内膜组织中两者的表达情况并进行统计学分析。结果子宫内膜癌组织中MDM2和p21表达定位于细胞核，其阳性表达率分别为73％（66／90）和23％（21／90），与正常子宫内膜组织比较有显著性差异（ P＜0．05）；两者在子宫内膜癌临床病理指标中的表达水平有显著性差异（ P＜0．05）；在子宫内膜癌组织中MDM2和p21表达呈显著负相关性。结论MDM2和p21在子宫内膜癌表达水平的高低，可以反映出子宫内膜癌的恶性程度，为临床对子宫内膜癌预后判断具有一定的指导意义。
목적：검측자궁내막암조직중MDM2화p21적표체정황，탐토MDM2화p21재자궁내막암조직중존재급림상의의。방법채용전통적면역조직화학S-P법검측자궁내막암、정상자궁내막조직중량자적표체정황병진행통계학분석。결과자궁내막암조직중MDM2화p21표체정위우세포핵，기양성표체솔분별위73％（66／90）화23％（21／90），여정상자궁내막조직비교유현저성차이（ P＜0．05）；량자재자궁내막암림상병리지표중적표체수평유현저성차이（ P＜0．05）；재자궁내막암조직중MDM2화p21표체정현저부상관성。결론MDM2화p21재자궁내막암표체수평적고저，가이반영출자궁내막암적악성정도，위림상대자궁내막암예후판단구유일정적지도의의。
Objective It is to determine the expression of p 21 and MDM2 in the tissue of endometrial carcinoma and to discuss the clinical significance of MDM2 in the tissue of this disease.Methods The expressions of p21 and MDM2 in endom-etrial cancer and normal endometrial tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry S -P and the results were analyzed with sta-tistical method .Results The expressions of p 21 and MDM2 were located in cell nucleus , and the positive expression rates were 73%(66/90) and 23%(21/90) respectively which were significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissue ( P<0.05).Both of their expressions in endometrial cancer had statistically significant differences (P<0.05).In endometrial car-cinoma, the expressions of p21 and MDM2 were negatively correlated with each other (P<0.05).Conclusion The high or low expressions of p21 and MDM2 in endometrial carcinoma can reflect the malignant degree of carcinoma of endometrium , and has a certain guiding significance for the diagnose of prognosis of this disease .
