目的：探讨疏肝化瘀汤治疗肝郁肾虚-痰凝血瘀型乳腺增生病的疗效。方法60例肝郁肾虚-痰凝血瘀型乳腺增生病患者遵循随机数字表格法分为2组，对照组30例使用乳康软胶囊进行治疗，观察组30例使用疏肝化瘀汤进行治疗，观察并记录2组患者治疗后的疗效、中医证候总积分、肿块大小积分和乳房疼痛积分，并进行对比分析。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）；2组治疗后中医证候总积分、肿块大小积分和乳房疼痛积分均明显改善，且观察组改善情况优于对照组（P均＜0．05）。结论疏肝化瘀汤治疗肝郁肾虚-痰凝血瘀型乳腺增生病，能够有效改善患者的中医证候积分、肿块大小积分和乳房疼痛积分，从而大大改善了患者的生存质量，且安全性高，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토소간화어탕치료간욱신허-담응혈어형유선증생병적료효。방법60례간욱신허-담응혈어형유선증생병환자준순수궤수자표격법분위2조，대조조30례사용유강연효낭진행치료，관찰조30례사용소간화어탕진행치료，관찰병기록2조환자치료후적료효、중의증후총적분、종괴대소적분화유방동통적분，병진행대비분석。결과관찰조총유효솔명현고우대조조（P＜0．05）；2조치료후중의증후총적분、종괴대소적분화유방동통적분균명현개선，차관찰조개선정황우우대조조（P균＜0．05）。결론소간화어탕치료간욱신허-담응혈어형유선증생병，능구유효개선환자적중의증후적분、종괴대소적분화유방동통적분，종이대대개선료환자적생존질량，차안전성고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objecitve It is to investigate the therapeutic effectiveness of Shuganhuayu decoction on liver and kidney defi -ciency ,phlegm and blood stasis of hyperplastic disease of breast .Mtehods 60 patients with stagnation of liver and deficiency of kidney-phlegm and blood stasis disease of mammary gland hyperplasia were randomly divided into 2 groups according to ran-dom number table method , the control group with 30 cases was treated with Rukang soft capsule ,and the observation group with 30 cases was treated with Shugan Huayu decoction .The curative effect of the two groups after treatment , TCM syndrome total score , tumor size integral and breast pain scores were observed and recorded , and compared with contrast analysis .Re-sults The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05 ); after treat-ment the TCM syndrome total score , tumor size scores and breast pain scores were improved significantly , and the improvement of observation group was more better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Huayu decoction can effective-ly improve the TCM syndrome scores , tumor size scores and breast pain scores in the treatment for mammary gland hyperplasi -a, thus to improve the life quality of patients with a high safety , so it is worthy widely applicating in clinic .
