目的：观察九龙虫对自然衰老大鼠心脏和肝脏自由基的影响。方法：18月龄Wistar大鼠随机分为老年对照组、九龙虫高、中、低剂量组,4月龄大鼠为青年对照组。给药42天后,生化方法检测各组大鼠心脏和肝脏组织SOD、 GSH-PX活力及MDA含量。结果：与青年组比较,老年对照组大鼠心脏和肝脏MDA含量显著升高, SOD、 GSH-PX活力明显下降,九龙虫各剂量组均能提高大鼠心脏和肝脏SOD、 GSH-PX活力,降低MDA含量。结论：九龙虫抗衰老作用可能与提高心脏和肝脏抗氧化能力有关。

목적：관찰구룡충대자연쇠로대서심장화간장자유기적영향。방법：18월령Wistar대서수궤분위노년대조조、구룡충고、중、저제량조,4월령대서위청년대조조。급약42천후,생화방법검측각조대서심장화간장조직SOD、 GSH-PX활력급MDA함량。결과：여청년조비교,노년대조조대서심장화간장MDA함량현저승고, SOD、 GSH-PX활력명현하강,구룡충각제량조균능제고대서심장화간장SOD、 GSH-PX활력,강저MDA함량。결론：구룡충항쇠로작용가능여제고심장화간장항양화능력유관。
Objective To observe the effects of Jiulong insect on oxyen free radicals of heart and liver in senile rats. Methods 18 months old-aged wistar rats were divided randomly into 4 roup, old control group , Jiulong insect high dosage group, Jiulong Insect medium dosage group and Jiulong Insect low dosage group. Wistar rats of 4 months old formed a youg control group. 42 days later, bi-ochemical tests were conducted of the levels of MDA、 the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in these rats’ heart and liver tissues. Re-sults In comparison with the young group, in the old group, the activity of SOD as well as GSH-PX of heart and liver tissues de-creased gnificantly, the contents of MDA increased dramatically. Compared with the old group, in the Jiulong insect group, the activ-ity of SOD as well as GSH-PX increased strikingly while the levels of MDA decreased remarkably. Conclusion The anti-aging ac-tivity of Jiulong insect may be associated with improving the antioxidant capacity of old rats’ heart and liver.
