房屋建筑工期一般较紧，使得雨中施工不可避免。但是又不能影响施工进度和质量，由此使雨中施工安全和质量保证变得十分重要。本文以实际工程为依托，从三个方面详细阐述了雨中施工的必备工作，希望为相似的工程施工管理提供借鉴。

The housing construction period is general y tight, so the construction is inevitable, but can not affect the progress and quality of construction, which making the construction sa-fety and quality assurance became very important in the rain. In this paper, based on the actual project, it elaborates the nec-essary work of construction in the rain from three aspects, pr-ovides reference for similar engineering construction manag-ement.
