目的：探究外周血管介入治疗大咯血疗效.方法：随机选取我院2011年5月~2013年9月间在我院接受大咯血治疗的患者100例(我院位于河北省)，将这100例患者均分成两组：对照组和治疗组.对于对照组患者，对其给予常规的临床治疗；对于治疗组患者，对其给予常规的临床治疗外，还要对其进行外周血管介入治疗，然后对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察.结果：在经过治疗组和对照组的分别治疗后，治疗组中痊愈患者25例，显效患者16例，好转患者6例，无效患者3例，患者治疗的总有效率为94％；对照组中，痊愈患者8例，显效患者18例，有效患者14例，无效患者10例，总有效率为80％.治疗组的疗效显著高于对照组疗效，二者间差异具有统计学意义(P＜0．05).结论：外周血管介入治疗大咯血疗效要显著好于常规的临床治疗，这种治疗方式值得在临床治疗中广泛应用和推广.
목적：탐구외주혈관개입치료대각혈료효.방법：수궤선취아원2011년5월~2013년9월간재아원접수대각혈치료적환자100례(아원위우하북성)，장저100례환자균분성량조：대조조화치료조.대우대조조환자，대기급여상규적림상치료；대우치료조환자，대기급여상규적림상치료외，환요대기진행외주혈관개입치료，연후대량조환자적치료효과진행관찰.결과：재경과치료조화대조조적분별치료후，치료조중전유환자25례，현효환자16례，호전환자6례，무효환자3례，환자치료적총유효솔위94％；대조조중，전유환자8례，현효환자18례，유효환자14례，무효환자10례，총유효솔위80％.치료조적료효현저고우대조조료효，이자간차이구유통계학의의(P＜0．05).결론：외주혈관개입치료대각혈료효요현저호우상규적림상치료，저충치료방식치득재림상치료중엄범응용화추엄.
Objective:To explore the peripheral vascular interventional treatment big haemoptysis curative effect.Methods:Select 100 patients in our hospital from May 2011 to September 2013 who was big haemoptysis treated.Divide into two groups(control group and treatment group).For the control group,we use routine treatment, while the treatment group was peripheral vascular interventional treatment also.Then observation the result of the two groups.Result:In the treatment group,there were 25 patients cure;16 patients clinical y effective;6 patients better;3 patients no effect,and the effective rate is 94%.In the control,there were 8 patients cure;18 patients clini-cal y effective;14 patients better;10 patients no effect,and the effective rate is 80%.The results of the treatment group is better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peripheral vascular interventional treatment is better than routine treatment.It’s worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical treatment.
