目的：探究盐酸文拉法辛治疗慢性疼痛的效果.方法：选取近年来笔者所工作单位收治的101例慢性疼痛患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组(51例)和对照组(50例)，其中对照组按照常规治疗方案给予止疼药物治疗，观察组在常规治疗方案基础上，配合盐酸文拉法辛治疗，分析两组的治疗效果.结果：观察组患者治疗后，其疼痛程度降低，抑郁程度下降，睡眠质量提高，与对照组比较，有统计学意义(P＜0．05)；且观察组患者与对照组相比不存在明显的不良反应.结论：利用盐酸文拉法辛治疗慢性疼痛，可减缓患者疼痛，提高生活质量，值得深入研究及其在临床上的推广应用.

Objective:To explore the treatment of patients with chronic pain venlafaxine hydrochloride efficacy.Methods:101 chronic pain patients in recent years treated in the hospital the author working in,were selected for the clinical study,and they were randomly divided into experimental group(51 patients)and control group(50 pa-tients).The control group received pain medication according to the conventional treatment,the experimental group patients on the basis of the treatment of conventional treatment venlafaxine hydrochloride,comparison of treatment efficacy of the two groups were observed.Result:The experimental group patients,lower pain,severity of de-pression in patients declined,sleep quality improved,compared to control group,it had statistical significance(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group had no obvi-ous adverse reaction,compared with the control group.Conclusion:Venlafasine hydrochloride treatment could relieve pain and improved the quality of life in patients with chronic pain patients,and it was worthy further studying,extending and applying in the clinic.
