目的：应用新型镂空式金属导板于不翻瓣立刻修复中,并评估其临床效果.方法：按照导板制作要求,制作镂空式金属导板,并应用不翻瓣种植手术中并立刻修复,12例患者采用导板辅助植入28枚种植体,术后3个月最终修复,修复后定期牙周根尖片检查,跟踪一年.结果：12例患者28枚种植体一年存留率为100％,无基台松动或永久修复体松动,种植体颈部偏移距离在1．5 mm范围内.结论：利用镂空型金属导板可以在术前确定种植体的方向与位置,并进行不翻瓣植入,减少手术创伤,缩短了手术时间,具有良好的应用前景.

Objective:Application of the metal pierced surgical template in immediate loading implants with flapless surgery and to evaluate its clinical effects.Methods:According to the template production requirements,we product metal pierced surgical templates.With the assistant of these templates,we put 28 implants in the chosen 12 patients and immediate load utilizing flapless approach,final restoration after 3 months before surgery,tracked 1 year.Result:The implants’survival rate was 100% in one year,no abutment and final restoration loosening.The deviations of 28 implants’necks were within 1.5mm.Conclusion:The use of metal pierced surgical templates can help surgeon to determine the direction and position of implants before surgery.Immediate loading implant with flapless surgery utilizing this template can shorten the operation time,reduce surgical trauma,it has a good prospect.
