甲状腺肿瘤是头颈部最常见的肿瘤之一。甲状腺结节的性质不同，决定了临床上不同的治疗方案，明确其性质极为重要。常规超声不能很好的诊断其良恶性，超声造影联合超声组织弹性成像能提高对甲状腺结节良恶性的诊断及鉴别诊断能力。
甲狀腺腫瘤是頭頸部最常見的腫瘤之一。甲狀腺結節的性質不同，決定瞭臨床上不同的治療方案，明確其性質極為重要。常規超聲不能很好的診斷其良噁性，超聲造影聯閤超聲組織彈性成像能提高對甲狀腺結節良噁性的診斷及鑒彆診斷能力。

The thyroid cancer is one of the most common tumor in head and neck.To the nature of the thyroid nodule determines the different clinical treatment,clarify its nature is very important.Conventional ultrasound diagnosis of the benign and malignant wel ,contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined ultrasonic tissue elasticity ima-ging can improve the ability of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodule.
