运用实证研究的方法，以北京航空航天大学北海学院2012级两个班的学生为研究对象，进行了历时一年的隐性分层教学，考察了隐性分层教学在独立学院英语教学中的效果。结果表明：隐性分层教学能充分调动学生的积极性，有效激发学生的学习兴趣、培养学生自信心，提高学生的英语水平。
運用實證研究的方法，以北京航空航天大學北海學院2012級兩箇班的學生為研究對象，進行瞭歷時一年的隱性分層教學，攷察瞭隱性分層教學在獨立學院英語教學中的效果。結果錶明：隱性分層教學能充分調動學生的積極性，有效激髮學生的學習興趣、培養學生自信心，提高學生的英語水平。
운용실증연구적방법，이북경항공항천대학북해학원2012급량개반적학생위연구대상，진행료력시일년적은성분층교학，고찰료은성분층교학재독립학원영어교학중적효과。결과표명：은성분층교학능충분조동학생적적겁성，유효격발학생적학습흥취、배양학생자신심，제고학생적영어수평。
Based on the current condition of English teaching in the independent college, covertly stratified teaching has been conducted in Beihai College of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Using empirical studies method, a research has been done to inspect the effects on the students of two classes, grade 2012 according to covertly stratified teaching for a whole year. The research finds that:covertly stratified English teaching method can fully arouse students ’enthusiasm, effectively stimu-late students’interest in learning, cultivate students’self-confidence and help to improve students’English level.
