为获得较高的金耳环总黄酮,选取液固比、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以总黄酮得率为评价指标,采用正交试验对其超声提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:黔产金耳环总黄酮最佳提取工艺参数为液固比40∶1,乙醇浓度60%,提取3次,每次30 min,该条件下的提取率为4.60%;不同产地金耳环总黄酮含量以黔南地区荔波产最高,含量为4.68%。

To get the highest content of total flavonoids in A.insigne,taking the ratio of liquid-solid, ethanol concentration,extraction time and times as the examining factors,and yield of total flavonoids as the evaluation index,the authors optimized its ultrasonic extraction process by orthogonal experiment. The results indicated that the optimum extraction parameters of A.insigne were as follows:the ratio of liquid-solid 40∶1,ethanol concentration 60%,extracted for 3 times,each time lasted for 30 min.Then its extraction rate was 4.60%.The total flavonoids of A.insigne originated from Libo had the highest content for 4.68%.
