为了解粉红火龙果的贮藏性能和贮藏品质变化,以粉红火龙果为试验材料,采用直观观察、蒽酮比色等测定方法,研究了粉红火龙果采后贮藏特性及品质变化。结果表明:粉红火龙果采摘后于10月份常温下贮藏,14d后出现腐烂,腐烂率为5.88%;贮藏15d时的失重率为5.32%,果皮厚度为2.52mm,鳞片略萎蔫但仍保持绿色,其含水量为83.07%。贮藏15d内果肉水分含量略有升高,可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖、蛋白质变化平缓且保持较高含量,可滴定酸含量呈下降趋势。粉红火龙果可作为耐贮藏新品种选育的材料之一。

To understand the storage characteristics and quality change of pink pitaya, Taking Fenhonglong as the test material,the storage characteristics and quality change were studied by intuitive observation and anthrone colorimetry.The result showed Fenhonglong decayed after storage 14 d at room temperature in October,and the decay rate was 5.88%.The weight loss rate was 5.32% after storage 15 d,and the pericarp thickness was 2.52 mm,and the scales water content was 83.07% which was slightly wilt but remained green.During the whole storage(15 d),water content of sarcocarp slightly increased, and content of soluble solids,soluble sugar,protein changed slowly and remained higher content,while titratable acid content decreased constantly.Fenhonglong can be selected to breed new varieties with strong storage tolerance.
