为获得含量较高的马兰草生物碱,对马兰草总生物碱的提取工艺条件进行了优化,探讨了乙醇浓度、温度、时间和料液比对总生物碱提取的影响,并研究了其对羟基自由基的清除效果。结果表明:马兰草总生物碱的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度40%,温度为50℃,料液比1∶25(g/mL),提取时间为75 min。在该条件下的总生物碱含量为3.33 mg/g,提取液对羟自由基具有一定的清除能力,当提取液生物碱浓度为0.0400 mg/mL时,对·O H 的清除率达到42.08%。

위획득함량교고적마란초생물감,대마란초총생물감적제취공예조건진행료우화,탐토료을순농도、온도、시간화료액비대총생물감제취적영향,병연구료기대간기자유기적청제효과。결과표명:마란초총생물감적최가제취공예위을순농도40%,온도위50℃,료액비1∶25(g/mL),제취시간위75 min。재해조건하적총생물감함량위3.33 mg/g,제취액대간자유기구유일정적청제능력,당제취액생물감농도위0.0400 mg/mL시,대·O H 적청제솔체도42.08%。
To study on optimal conditions for extracting high concentration of total alkaloid from K.indical,the effects of ethanol concentration,temperature,time and solid-liquid ratio on exacting total alkaloid were explored and the cleanup effect on hydroxyl radical was studied either.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions included 40% ethanol as extractant, temperature on 50℃, extraction time by 75 min,ratio of material to liquid on 1 ∶ 25 (g/mL).In this case,the total alkaloid could reach 3.33 mg/g and the extracting solution has certain antioxidative effect.When the concentration of total alkaloid was 0.040 0 mg/mL,the rate of scavenging hydroxyl radicals reached 42.08%.
