为了筛选出漆酶酶活相对较高的菌株,通过愈创木酚变色圈法和定性测定酶活法筛选出高产漆酶菌株 FA-J1,经分子生物学鉴定,菌株属于栓菌属(Trametes)。采用物理诱变法(紫外线诱变)和化学诱变法(硫酸二乙酯)诱变 FA-J1原生质体,最终得到诱变菌株 UV-56和 D52,漆酶酶活提高56%和45%。
為瞭篩選齣漆酶酶活相對較高的菌株,通過愈創木酚變色圈法和定性測定酶活法篩選齣高產漆酶菌株 FA-J1,經分子生物學鑒定,菌株屬于栓菌屬(Trametes)。採用物理誘變法(紫外線誘變)和化學誘變法(硫痠二乙酯)誘變 FA-J1原生質體,最終得到誘變菌株 UV-56和 D52,漆酶酶活提高56%和45%。

FA-J1 strain with high laccase-producing was screened by guaiacol discoloration circle method and qualitative determination method of enzyme activity and identified as Trametes by ITS.UV-5 6and D52 mutant strains were bred from protoplast of FA-J1 strain treated by UV and diethyl sulfate (DES).The laccase activity of UV-5 6and D52 strains was 56% and 45% higher than FA-J1 strain.
