为了解2株南方红豆杉内生细菌 TB02和 TB03的特性,采用传统微生物学与现代分子生物学相结合的方法对其进行鉴定和系统发育分析,混交平板法进行抗菌活性的测定。结果表明:TB02为肠杆菌属(Enterobacter),TB03为蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus );2株内生细菌的发酵液对5株供试植物病原真菌有较强的抑制活性,尤其对罗氏小核菌的抑菌活性最强,菌落直径分别减小29.5 mm 和37.5 mm。发酵液经高温加热处理后,TB02和 TB03引起的罗氏小核菌菌落直径分别减小28 mm 和18 mm。发酵液经胃蛋白酶处理后,TB02和 TB03引起的罗氏小核菌菌落直径分别减小50 mm 和18 mm,说明其可能还有蛋白质成分存在。紫外扫描分析发现,TB02最大吸收峰在300 nm 处,TB03在305 nm 处,推测可能是大环内酯类,但在分子结构上有差异。

To explore the features of two endophytic bacteria of T.chinensisvar mairei ,named TB02 and TB03,an analysis on the identification and phylogenesis of them were conducted by combining traditional microbiology and molecular biology,and their antimicrobial activity were detected by mixed flat band method. Results: TB02 and TB03 were identified as genus Enterobacter and Bacilluscereus respectively.The bioactivity analysis showed that the fermented broths TB02 and TB03 had a good antagonistic effectiveness to five pathogenic bacteria,two of which showed the strongest antibacterial activity to Sclerotium rolfsii .After treated by heating with high temperature,the diameters of S.rolfsii colony caused by TB02 and TB03 decreased by 28 mm and 18 mm,Treated by the fermented liquid with pepsin,the diameters of rolfsii colony caused by TB02 and TB03 decreased by 50 mm and 18 mm,which probably suggests that the nucleus contain pepsin.According to the ultraviolet rays scanning analysis,the maximum absorption peak of TB02 was at 300 nm,while TB03 was at 305 nm.So maybe the antibiotics produced by them were macrolide,but their molecular structures were different probably.
