为了摸清贵州道真玄参土壤主要重金属安全性及玄参不同部位主要重金属的富集情况,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS),对采自贵州省道真县阳溪镇玄参种植基地的土壤样品28个、玄参样品14套,分别测定了土壤和玄参的块根、芽、茎、叶中重金属元素(Cd,Cr,Hg,Pb,As)的含量。结果表明:根际和非根际土壤中 Cd、Cr、Hg、Pb、As 和 Cu 的平均含量接近,非根际与根际土壤的 Cd、Hg 的平均含量均超出土壤质量标准二级限量值,土壤表现一定程度的 Cd 和 Hg 污染;Hg 与 As、Pb 与 Cr、Pb 与 Cd 之间呈显著正相关,其具有同源性,pH 与各重金属之间相关关系不明显;玄参各部位对土壤中6种重金属的平均富集系数依次为 Cd>Cu>Cr>Pb>As>Hg,各器官对 Hg 没有富集。

위료모청귀주도진현삼토양주요중금속안전성급현삼불동부위주요중금속적부집정황,채용전감우합등리자체질보의(ICP-MS),대채자귀주성도진현양계진현삼충식기지적토양양품28개、현삼양품14투,분별측정료토양화현삼적괴근、아、경、협중중금속원소(Cd,Cr,Hg,Pb,As)적함량。결과표명:근제화비근제토양중 Cd、Cr、Hg、Pb、As 화 Cu 적평균함량접근,비근제여근제토양적 Cd、Hg 적평균함량균초출토양질량표준이급한량치,토양표현일정정도적 Cd 화 Hg 오염;Hg 여 As、Pb 여 Cr、Pb 여 Cd 지간정현저정상관,기구유동원성,pH 여각중금속지간상관관계불명현;현삼각부위대토양중6충중금속적평균부집계수의차위 Cd>Cu>Cr>Pb>As>Hg,각기관대 Hg 몰유부집。
In order to understand the safety of soil main heavy metals of S.ningpoensis in Daozhen County of Guizhou Province and the enrichment condition of main heavy metals in different parts of S.ningpoensis,using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS),28 soil samples and 14 S. ningpoensis samples were collected from Yangxi Town,Daozhen County,Guizhou Province planting base. The content of heavy metals (Cd,Cr,Hg,Pb,As,Cu)of soil samples and samples of S.ningpoensis roots,buds,stems and leaves were measured respectively.The results show that the average contents of Cr,Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil were close,average levels of Cd and Hg in non-rhizosphere and rhizosphere soil were above the secondary level limit value of soil quality standard requirements,showing a certain degree of soil Cd and Hg pollution.The relationship between Hg and As,Pb and Cr,Pb and Cd were significantly correlated,indicating homology of Hg and As,Pb and Cr,Pb and Cd,may be derived from the same sources of pollution,the correlation between pH and heavy metals was not significant.The order of different parts of S.ningpoensis’s average enrichment factor to six heavy metals in soil was Cd>Cu>Cr>Pb>As>Hg.Different organs had no enrichment for Hg.
