为探明白花蛇舌草提取物的体外抗氧化活性,以甲醇、丙酮、80%乙醇为溶剂,采用超声提取、搅拌提取、回流提取法对白花蛇舌草进行提取,考察其对 DPPH(1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼)自由基活性的清除能力,并与多种抗氧化剂的清除能力进行对比。结果表明:在3种提取方法中,白花蛇舌草80%乙醇回流法提取物的抗氧化活性最强。3种不同溶剂回流提取物与其他5种抗氧化剂清除 DPPH 自由基活性的能力为对香豆酸<丙酮提取物<甲醇提取物<香草酸<80%乙醇提取物<芦丁<咖啡酸<没食子酸。

위탐명백화사설초제취물적체외항양화활성,이갑순、병동、80%을순위용제,채용초성제취、교반제취、회류제취법대백화사설초진행제취,고찰기대 DPPH(1,1-이분기-2-삼초기분정)자유기활성적청제능력,병여다충항양화제적청제능력진행대비。결과표명:재3충제취방법중,백화사설초80%을순회류법제취물적항양화활성최강。3충불동용제회류제취물여기타5충항양화제청제 DPPH 자유기활성적능력위대향두산<병동제취물<갑순제취물<향초산<80%을순제취물<호정<가배산<몰식자산。
In order to study the in vitro antioxidant activity of H .diffusa extracts,different solvents including methanol,acetone and 80% alcohol and different methods such as ultrasonic wave extraction, stirring extraction and reflux extraction were investigated.The scavenging capacity on DPPH free radical activity in different H . diffusa extracts,and their comparisons with multiple antioxidants were researched.The results showed that reflux extraction with 80% alcohol was the optimal method,the scavenging capacity on DPPH free radical activity of five antioxidants and H .diffusa extracts with reflux extraction in three different solvents were as follows:P-coumaric acid < acetone extract < methanol extract<vanillic acid <80% alcohol extract<rutin<caffeic acid<gallic acid.
