蔗糖合成酶、磷酸蔗糖合成酶、可溶性淀粉合成酶、束缚态淀粉合成酶、腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶、淀粉分支酶、脱分支酶是小麦淀粉合成的关键酶,决定淀粉的组成和含量,影响了小麦的产量和品质。综述了小麦淀粉合成酶的功能、类型,灌浆期变化,逆境对其酶活影响等的相关研究,并提出了未来小麦的研究方向。
蔗糖閤成酶、燐痠蔗糖閤成酶、可溶性澱粉閤成酶、束縳態澱粉閤成酶、腺苷二燐痠葡萄糖焦燐痠化酶、澱粉分支酶、脫分支酶是小麥澱粉閤成的關鍵酶,決定澱粉的組成和含量,影響瞭小麥的產量和品質。綜述瞭小麥澱粉閤成酶的功能、類型,灌漿期變化,逆境對其酶活影響等的相關研究,併提齣瞭未來小麥的研究方嚮。

SS,SPS,SSS,GBSS,AGPP,SBE,DBE are key regulatory enzymes for grain starch, which play important roles in constitute and content of starch and affect yield and quality of wheat.In this paper the function,types,pustulation period variation and effects of adversity on enzyme activity were reviewed,the research direction was proposed as well.
