目的：评价糖尿病前期人群健康干预措施有效性，以期提供可行的干预方案。方法通过循证医学的方法查阅和分析相关文献。结果健康教育干预可以降低空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、舒张压（DP）等的水平，而对收缩压（SP）的影响差异不显著。结论糖尿病前期人群可以通过健康干预减少转变为糖尿病的危险性。
목적：평개당뇨병전기인군건강간예조시유효성，이기제공가행적간예방안。방법통과순증의학적방법사열화분석상관문헌。결과건강교육간예가이강저공복혈당、찬후2h혈당、당화혈홍단백（HbA1c）、총담고순（TC）、감유삼지（TG）、서장압（DP）등적수평，이대수축압（SP）적영향차이불현저。결론당뇨병전기인군가이통과건강간예감소전변위당뇨병적위험성。
Objective To evaluation the health education interfere effects in prediabetes metabo-lism (PDM ) population and provide feasible prevention scheme .MethodsAnalyzed and referred relevant information and document by evidence-based medicine (EBM ) method .ResultsThe methods of health education interfere reduced the levels of fasting blood sugar ,glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) ,total cholesterol (TC) ,triglyceride (TG) ,and diastolic pressure (DP) ,but not be significant to systolic pressure (SD) .ConclusionThe population of prediabetes may reduce risk by health education interfere method .
