目的：探讨M UC13及M U16在卵巢上皮癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测65例卵巢上皮癌组织、18例卵巢良性肿瘤组织，10例正常卵巢组织中 M UC13和M UC16的表达情况。结果 M UC13和M UC16在卵巢上皮癌中的阳性表达率显著高于卵巢良性肿瘤和正常卵巢组织（P＜0．01）。MUC13蛋白表达与卵巢上皮癌的病理类型、组织学分级、淋巴结转移及临床分期无关（P＞0．05）；卵巢浆液性癌MUC16的阳性表达率显著高于黏液癌、子宫内膜样癌（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）；卵巢上皮癌晚期、低分化、有淋巴结转移组的MUC16阳性表达率显著高于早期、高-中分化和无淋巴结转移组（P＜0．05；P＜0．01；P＜0．05）；MUC13和MUC16在卵巢上皮癌中的表达成正相关。结论 M UC13和M UC16在卵巢上皮癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
목적：탐토M UC13급M U16재란소상피암중적표체급림상의의。방법채용면역조화법검측65례란소상피암조직、18례란소량성종류조직，10례정상란소조직중 M UC13화M UC16적표체정황。결과 M UC13화M UC16재란소상피암중적양성표체솔현저고우란소량성종류화정상란소조직（P＜0．01）。MUC13단백표체여란소상피암적병리류형、조직학분급、림파결전이급림상분기무관（P＞0．05）；란소장액성암MUC16적양성표체솔현저고우점액암、자궁내막양암（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）；란소상피암만기、저분화、유림파결전이조적MUC16양성표체솔현저고우조기、고-중분화화무림파결전이조（P＜0．05；P＜0．01；P＜0．05）；MUC13화MUC16재란소상피암중적표체성정상관。결론 M UC13화M UC16재란소상피암적발생발전중기중요작용。
Objective To demonstrate the expression and clinical significance of MUC13 and MUC16 in epithelial ovarian cancer .Methods The expression of MUC13 and MUC16 was detected by immunohistochemistory in 65 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma ,18 cases of benign epithelial ovari-an tumors and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissues .Results The positive rates of MUC13 and MUC16 ex-pression were significantly higher in epithelial ovarian carcinoma than that in benign epithelial ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues (P<0 .01) .There was no relationship between the positive rates of M UC13 expression with pathological type ,histological grade ,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of epithelial ovarian cancer .(P>0 .05) .The positive rates of MUC16 expression in serous cystadeno-carcinomas were higher than that in mucinous cystadenocarcinomas and clear-cell carcinomas ( P<0 .01 ,P<0 .05) .The expression of MUC13 in epithelial ovarian cancer was positively related with that of M UC16 .Conclusion M UC13 and M UC16 may play an important role in the tumorigenesis of ep-ithelial ovarian cancer .
