目的:观察玻璃酸钠注射液联合免疫三氧治疗创伤性滑膜炎动物模型的疗效。方法:分别用空气、免疫三氧、玻璃酸钠注射液、免疫三氧+玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔灌注治疗创伤性滑膜炎动物模型,7周后对膝关节滑膜进行免疫组化观察和病理学评分,检测核因子-κB、肿瘤坏死因子-α、基质金属蛋白酶-3、基质金属蛋白酶-9、一氧化氮和诱导型一氧化氮合酶的表达。结果:免疫三氧组、玻璃酸钠组、免疫三氧+玻璃酸钠组的病理学评分、核因子-κB、肿瘤坏死因子-α、基质金属蛋白酶-3、基质金属蛋白酶-9、一氧化氮和诱导型一氧化氮合酶的表达均显著低于空气组(P<0.05)。免疫三氧组的炎细胞浸润评分要显著优于玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05),且免疫三氧组和免疫三氧+玻璃酸钠组的一氧化氮和诱导型一氧化氮合酶的浓度显著低于玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05)。两者联合使用对滑膜增生的抑制作用要显著优于单用玻璃酸钠治疗(P<0.05),而在骨和软骨的破坏方面,联合治疗比单独使用玻璃酸钠或者免疫三氧,均能取得更显著的疗效(P<0.05)。结论:免疫三氧对创伤性滑膜炎的作用侧重于抗炎,而玻璃酸钠主要是对关节骨和软骨的保护作用,两者联用治疗创伤性滑膜炎时能获得更多的疗效。

목적:관찰파리산납주사액연합면역삼양치료창상성활막염동물모형적료효。방법:분별용공기、면역삼양、파리산납주사액、면역삼양+파리산납주사액관절강관주치료창상성활막염동물모형,7주후대슬관절활막진행면역조화관찰화병이학평분,검측핵인자-κB、종류배사인자-α、기질금속단백매-3、기질금속단백매-9、일양화담화유도형일양화담합매적표체。결과:면역삼양조、파리산납조、면역삼양+파리산납조적병이학평분、핵인자-κB、종류배사인자-α、기질금속단백매-3、기질금속단백매-9、일양화담화유도형일양화담합매적표체균현저저우공기조(P<0.05)。면역삼양조적염세포침윤평분요현저우우파리산납조(P<0.05),차면역삼양조화면역삼양+파리산납조적일양화담화유도형일양화담합매적농도현저저우파리산납조(P<0.05)。량자연합사용대활막증생적억제작용요현저우우단용파리산납치료(P<0.05),이재골화연골적파배방면,연합치료비단독사용파리산납혹자면역삼양,균능취득경현저적료효(P<0.05)。결론:면역삼양대창상성활막염적작용측중우항염,이파리산납주요시대관절골화연골적보호작용,량자련용치료창상성활막염시능획득경다적료효。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with ozone in the treatment of traumatic synovitis in animal model.Methods:Articular cavity perfusion respectively with air,ozone,sodium hyaluronate injection,and ozone plus sodium hyaluronate injection was made in the treatment of traumatic synovitis in animal models,after 7 weeks,making the immunohistochemical observation and pathological score for the synovium of knee joints and detecting the nuclear factor-κB,tumor necrosis factor-α,matrix metalloproteinase-3,matrix metalloproteinase-9,nitric oxide and the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase.Results:The pathological score,nuclear factor-κB,tumor necrosis factor-α,matrix metalloproteinase-3, matrix metalloproteinase-9,nitric oxide and the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase in the groups treated respectively with ozone,sodium hyaluronate injection,and ozone plus sodium hyaluronate injection were significantly lower than those in the air group(P< 0.05).The inflammatory cells infiltration score of sodium hyaluronate were signiifcantly lower than those of the sodium hyaluronate group.The inhibitory effect on synovium hyperplasia with combined ozone and sodium hyaluronate was better than that of sodium hyaluronate in (P<0.05),and in the treatment of the destruction of bone and cartilage,the therapeutic effect of combined ozone and sodium hyaluronate (P<0.05) or ozone (P<0.05) was better than that of sodium hyaluronate (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The effects of ozone on traumatic synovitis mainly focus on anti-inflammation,and those of sodium hyaluronate mainly play a protective role for articular cartilage and bone,but the combination of both has a better therapeutic effect in the treatment of traumatic synovitis.
