为减少高硫煤矸石对环境的污染,并对其进行综合利用,研究了煤矸石粒度、pH、温度、接菌量、培养时间、干湿条件和振荡等条件对硅酸盐细菌分解高硫煤矸石的影响。结果表明:10.00 g 粒度为200目的煤矸石在硅酸盐细菌接种量为1.0×1017~1.5×1017 cfu/g、体系 pH7.0~8.0、25~30℃的条件下培养15 d,其有效磷、速效钾和有效硫的含量分别是原煤矸石的7.18倍、21.05倍和3.40倍,有效钙和有效硅的含量分别是原煤矸石的1.12倍和1.16倍。
為減少高硫煤矸石對環境的汙染,併對其進行綜閤利用,研究瞭煤矸石粒度、pH、溫度、接菌量、培養時間、榦濕條件和振盪等條件對硅痠鹽細菌分解高硫煤矸石的影響。結果錶明:10.00 g 粒度為200目的煤矸石在硅痠鹽細菌接種量為1.0×1017~1.5×1017 cfu/g、體繫 pH7.0~8.0、25~30℃的條件下培養15 d,其有效燐、速效鉀和有效硫的含量分彆是原煤矸石的7.18倍、21.05倍和3.40倍,有效鈣和有效硅的含量分彆是原煤矸石的1.12倍和1.16倍。
위감소고류매안석대배경적오염,병대기진행종합이용,연구료매안석립도、pH、온도、접균량、배양시간、간습조건화진탕등조건대규산염세균분해고류매안석적영향。결과표명:10.00 g 립도위200목적매안석재규산염세균접충량위1.0×1017~1.5×1017 cfu/g、체계 pH7.0~8.0、25~30℃적조건하배양15 d,기유효린、속효갑화유효류적함량분별시원매안석적7.18배、21.05배화3.40배,유효개화유효규적함량분별시원매안석적1.12배화1.16배。
Aiming at the serious environment pollution caused by abundant dumped coal gangue in Guizhou,the authors studied that silicate bacteria act on high-sulfur coal gangue to make invalid nutrient elements in gangue into effective.The factors which influence the decomposition effect of high-sulfur coal gangue such as the particle size of coal gangue,pH,incubation time,culture temperature,bacteria quantity,humidity and oscillation were studied.The results showed that the coal gangue possessed the best performance when the particle size of coal in 200 mesh,system pH 7.0~8.0,besides,the inoculation quantity of 1.0 × 1017 ~ 1.5 × 1017 cfu/g,culture temperature reached 30℃ for 15 days.The effective phosphorus,available potassium and effective sulfur contents of coal gangue were 7.18 times,21.05 times and 3.40 times relative to the original coal gangue;The effective calcium and effective silicon contents of coal gangue were respectively 1.12 times and 1.16 times relative to the original coal gangue.
