目的：探讨格列美脲在老年糖尿病中的应用。方法：选取在我院进行住院治疗的老年糖尿病患者共800例，随机分为研究组450例，对照组350例。对照组给予优泌林70/30、进行治疗，研究组在对照组治疗的基础上应用格列美脲进行治疗。结果：治疗后，两组患者的 HbA1c、PBG、FBG、胰岛素用量均较治疗前有明显下降（P＜0．05）；BMI均比治疗前有所增加，但无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。其中，除治疗后胰岛素用量研究组减少量明显少于对照组（P＜0．05），两组间 HbA1c、PBG、FBG三项指标比较，均无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。在治疗过程中，对照组与研究组的低血糖发生率分别为16．86％、15．56％，经比较无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论：选用格列美脲治疗老年糖尿病，可以有效改善血糖，控制低血糖反应发生，减少胰岛素用量，疗效显著，值得推广应用。

목적：탐토격렬미뇨재노년당뇨병중적응용。방법：선취재아원진행주원치료적노년당뇨병환자공800례，수궤분위연구조450례，대조조350례。대조조급여우비림70/30、진행치료，연구조재대조조치료적기출상응용격렬미뇨진행치료。결과：치료후，량조환자적 HbA1c、PBG、FBG、이도소용량균교치료전유명현하강（P＜0．05）；BMI균비치료전유소증가，단무현저성차이（P＞0．05）。기중，제치료후이도소용량연구조감소량명현소우대조조（P＜0．05），량조간 HbA1c、PBG、FBG삼항지표비교，균무현저성차이（P＞0．05）。재치료과정중，대조조여연구조적저혈당발생솔분별위16．86％、15．56％，경비교무현저성차이（P＞0．05）。결론：선용격렬미뇨치료노년당뇨병，가이유효개선혈당，공제저혈당반응발생，감소이도소용량，료효현저，치득추엄응용。
Objective :Discussion on Application of glimepiride in senile diabetes .Methods :Selection of elderly patients with diabetes were hospital-ized in our hospital 800 cases ,were randomly divided into study group 450 cases ,control group 350 cases .The control group was given Humulin 70/30 ,treatment ,the study group were treated with glimepiride based on the treatment in control group .Results :After treatment ,two groups of patients with HbA1c ,PBG ,FBG ,insulin dosage of patients have significantly decreased (P< 0 .05);BMI was higher than that before treatment increased , but no significant difference (P>0 .05) .Among them ,in addition to the treatment of insulin dosage group reduced significantly less than the control group (P<0 .05) ,compared with three indexes of HbA1c ,PBG ,FBG between the two groups ,there was no significant difference (P>0 .05) .In the course of treatment ,the control group and the study group the incidence of hypoglycemia were 16 .86% ,15 .56% ,with no significant difference (P>0 .05) .Conclusion:Selection of glimepiride in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus ,can effectively improve blood sugar control ,the incidence of hypoglycemia ,reduce insulin dosage ,obvious curative effect ,it is worthy of popularization and application .
