近来研究表明Th17及其细胞因子在RA滑膜炎、软骨破坏及骨侵蚀破坏中起重要作用。青藤碱在治疗类风湿性关节炎方面疗效确切，副作用小，青藤碱治疗RA过程中，势必对Th17及其关键细胞因子产生作用。因此，开展相关领域研究，对于深层次认识Th17作用RA发病机理，提高青藤碱治疗RA靶点清晰度具有十分重要的现实意义和理论价值。
