采用细菌总数和细菌复发酵方法,检测都匀市沙坝村、剑江村农村饮用水枯水期、平水期、丰水期水样中细菌总数及总大肠菌群数。结果表明:都匀市郊农村饮用水的细菌总数和总大肠菌群数均严重超过国家饮用水标准(GB5749-2006)。都匀市郊农村生活饮用水微生物污染严重,不能直接作为饮用水。
採用細菌總數和細菌複髮酵方法,檢測都勻市沙壩村、劍江村農村飲用水枯水期、平水期、豐水期水樣中細菌總數及總大腸菌群數。結果錶明:都勻市郊農村飲用水的細菌總數和總大腸菌群數均嚴重超過國傢飲用水標準(GB5749-2006)。都勻市郊農村生活飲用水微生物汙染嚴重,不能直接作為飲用水。
채용세균총수화세균복발효방법,검측도균시사패촌、검강촌농촌음용수고수기、평수기、봉수기수양중세균총수급총대장균군수。결과표명:도균시교농촌음용수적세균총수화총대장균군수균엄중초과국가음용수표준(GB5749-2006)。도균시교농촌생활음용수미생물오염엄중,불능직접작위음용수。
Using the total number of bacteria and bacterial complex fermentation method ,the total number of bacteria and the total number of coliform group of rural drinking water of Shaba Villege and Jianjiang Villege in Duyun City in lying dry season ,level period and wet season were detected.The results showed that Duyun suburb rural drinking water of the total number of bacteria and the total number of coliform were serious more than national drinking water standard (GB5749-2006).Duyun suburb rural drinking water microbial pollution was serious ,so it couldn′t be directly for drinking.
