该文简介有机肥的应用现状以及制备工艺原理，指出对有机肥造粒是有机肥制备过程中很重要的环节；介绍常用造粒设备的主要技术参数、工作原理、基本组成、传动方式、结构特点、适用范围等，进一步论述了各自的优缺点；重点对造粒的球形度、压实度（强度）、生产效率，以及设备所需的驱动功率、转速、传动链的长短、运动平稳性进行了探讨，进一步指出了有机肥造粒设备的发展方向。
해문간개유궤비적응용현상이급제비공예원리，지출대유궤비조립시유궤비제비과정중흔중요적배절；개소상용조립설비적주요기술삼수、공작원리、기본조성、전동방식、결구특점、괄용범위등，진일보논술료각자적우결점；중점대조립적구형도、압실도（강도）、생산효솔，이급설비소수적구동공솔、전속、전동련적장단、운동평은성진행료탐토，진일보지출료유궤비조립설비적발전방향。
This paper briefly introduced the application status ,the preparative principle and technique of organic fertilizer ,and pointed out that organic fertilizer granulation was an important link of the organic fertilizer preparation process. The paper introduced main technical parameters , working principle ,basic composition ,transmission methods ,structure characteristics ,scope of application of commonly used granulation equipments. It further discussed the respective advantages and disadvantages of those equipments. Particularly ,it discussed spherical degree ,intensity ,production efficiency of granulation ,as well as the drive power ,rotational speed ,the length of the transmission chain ,and running smoothness. Finally ,the development direction of organic fertilizer granulation equipment was pointed out.
