为研究7个玉米常规玉米自交系种子不同盐浓度处理(2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18 g/L)下的耐盐性,统计种子的发芽率、发芽势、相对胚根长度,分析其耐盐浓度、耐盐半致死浓度、耐盐极限浓度和各指标隶属函数,综合评价了各自交系的耐盐性。随着盐浓度的增加,自交系的发芽势、发芽率和胚根长度都呈下降趋势,自交系间存在显著差异。当盐浓度增加到10 g/L时,各自交系的发芽率、发芽势差异最大;在14 g/L的盐浓度下自交系间相对胚根长度差异最大。各自交系中耐盐浓度最高的为PHB1M,其次为昌7-2和PH4CV。耐盐半致死浓度、耐盐极限浓度最高的自交系为PHB1M。综合分析各指标搞盐隶属值,各自交系的耐盐性强弱顺序依次为:PHB1M>昌7-2>PH4CV>PH6WC>4112>W9706>SY90。

To study the salt tolerance of seven maize inbreeds treated with different concentrations of NaCl solutions (2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18 g/L respectively),the germination percentage (GP),germination potential (GR) and relative radicle length (RRL) were calculated. The salt-tolerance concentration,emi-lethal salt concentration,and limit concentration of salt tolerance and the membership function of each indicator were analyzed. With the increasing of NaCl concentration ,all the indicators eclined and the differences between varieties were obvious. When NaCl concentration increased to 10 g/L ,all inbreeds differenced most in GP and GR. The RRL among inbreeds varied most in the salt concentration 14 g/L ,PHB1M had the highest salt-tolerance concentration of NaCl ,ollowed by Chang7-2 and PH4CV ,PHB1M had the highest semi-lethal salt concentration of NaCl , PHB1M also had the highest limit concentration of salt tolerance of Nacl. Comprehensive analysis of the membership function indicators of seven inbreeds showed the salt tolerance strength was in the order:PHB1M>Chang 7-2>PH4CV>PH6WC>4112>W9706>SY90.
