高职教育立足行业，面向社会，培养适应经济和社会发展需求，具有良好职业道德和创新精神的高素质技能型法律人才，因此《思想道德修养与法律基础》课在各学课中居于重要地位。而如何克服该课程的空泛性，增强实用性，则是该课程教学改革的关键。本文从教学理念、教学内容、教学方式、评价机制等方面，结合教学实践，进行了全面的阐述。

Higher vocational education should base itself upon the industry and face the society, cultivating high quality and skilled talents with good professional ethics and innovative spirit who are suitable for economic and social development, so“Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis”occupies an important position among all disciplines. However, how to eliminate the vagueness of the course and enhance its practicability is the key to the teach-ing reform of the course. This paper, combined with teaching practice, makes a comprehensive interpretation from such aspects as teaching idea, teaching content, teaching method, and evalua-tion system.
