The bilingual teaching has become an important indi-cator of the level and quality of college education. In this paper, we discuss how to improve the quality of bilingual teaching, how to enhance students' English reading, writing and communication abilities through the selection of teaching materials, curriculum and several evaluation methods, these could also be used to en-hance teachers' teaching development.
