    本文针对普通高校中青年教师微格培训中存在的问题进行分析，并提出改进措施，提出要改变微格教学的观念，加强微格教学的研究，使其发挥最大的教学功效。

    The paper focuses on the microteaching training of young college teachers, analyzes the existing problems and pro-poses some ideas of improvement. In this paper, we show that it is important for the young college teachers to change the old con-cept of microteaching and strengthen the research of microteach-ing to maximize the teaching effect.
