在区域性高校为区域经济服务的前提下，本文分析了当前翻译人才的培养现状，针对如何提高英语专业中翻译人才培养的质量，从翻译人才的教学培养目标和培养对策对翻译人才培养模式构建进行了探讨，旨在推动翻译人才培养模式构建，以期适应区域社会经济发展的需求。

Regional universities should serve for the development of regional economy. This paper first analyzes the current translation talents cultivation and puts forward the translation talents cultivation from the perspectives of teaching aims and cultivation targets to improve the translation talents cultivation model to meet the demands of regional social and economic development.
