目的:观察肾衰竭患者血清铁蛋白和甲状旁腺激素的变化,分析其对急性、慢性肾衰竭的诊断价值。方法:选取2011年3月-2012年3月本院接受治疗的急性、慢性肾衰竭患者各45例分别设为A组和B组,45例正常体检者设为对照组,比较三组血清铁蛋白(SF)、甲状旁腺素激素(PTH)、尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)、血清铁(SI)以及血清尿素(Urea)的水平。结果:A组SF高于B组和对照组(P<0.05),B组和对照组SF差异无统计学意义;B组PTH高于A组和对照组(P<0.05),A组和对照组PTH差异无统计学意义;其他观察指标A、B组与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SF的变化与急性肾衰竭相关,PTH的变化与慢性肾衰竭相关。

목적:관찰신쇠갈환자혈청철단백화갑상방선격소적변화,분석기대급성、만성신쇠갈적진단개치。방법:선취2011년3월-2012년3월본원접수치료적급성、만성신쇠갈환자각45례분별설위A조화B조,45례정상체검자설위대조조,비교삼조혈청철단백(SF)、갑상방선소격소(PTH)、뇨산(UA)、기항(Cr)、혈청철(SI)이급혈청뇨소(Urea)적수평。결과:A조SF고우B조화대조조(P<0.05),B조화대조조SF차이무통계학의의;B조PTH고우A조화대조조(P<0.05),A조화대조조PTH차이무통계학의의;기타관찰지표A、B조여대조조비교차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:SF적변화여급성신쇠갈상관,PTH적변화여만성신쇠갈상관。
Objective:To observe the changes of renal failure patients serum ferritin and parathyroid hormone,the analysis of its value in the diagnosis of acute,chronic renal failure. Method:From March 2011 to March 2012 period in our hospital for the treatment of acute,chronic renal failure of the 45 cases were divided into group A and group B,45 cases of normal healthy persons as control group,compared three groups of serum ferritin(SF), parathyroid hormone(PTH),uric acid(UA),cretonne(Cr),serum iron(SI)and serum urea(Urea)level. Result:The SF in the group A was higher than group B and the control group(P<0.05),the group B and control group had no significant difference;the group B PTH was higher than group A and the control group(P<0.05),the group A and control group had no significant difference;the other indexes of the group A and B were significantly different with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The changes of serum ferritin and acute renal failure associated with parathyroid hormone,changes associated with chronic renal failure.
