目的：探讨压疮愈合治疗中应用湿性愈合疗法与传统愈合疗法的疗效。方法：回顾性分析压疮患者60例，其中行湿性愈合治疗的患者33例，传统愈合治疗患者27例，比较两组患者之间的压疮愈合情况及愈合时间。结果：观察组患者总治愈率与总有效率明显高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者平均治愈时间、平均换药次数明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；而平均换药间隔上则明显高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者并发感染率明显低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：湿性疗法治疗压疮效果显著，并发感染几率低，更值得在临床上普遍推广。
目的：探討壓瘡愈閤治療中應用濕性愈閤療法與傳統愈閤療法的療效。方法：迴顧性分析壓瘡患者60例，其中行濕性愈閤治療的患者33例，傳統愈閤治療患者27例，比較兩組患者之間的壓瘡愈閤情況及愈閤時間。結果：觀察組患者總治愈率與總有效率明顯高于對照組，比較差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組患者平均治愈時間、平均換藥次數明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）；而平均換藥間隔上則明顯高于對照組，比較差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組患者併髮感染率明顯低于對照組，比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：濕性療法治療壓瘡效果顯著，併髮感染幾率低，更值得在臨床上普遍推廣。
목적：탐토압창유합치료중응용습성유합요법여전통유합요법적료효。방법：회고성분석압창환자60례，기중행습성유합치료적환자33례，전통유합치료환자27례，비교량조환자지간적압창유합정황급유합시간。결과：관찰조환자총치유솔여총유효솔명현고우대조조，비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。관찰조환자평균치유시간、평균환약차수명현저우대조조（P<0.05）；이평균환약간격상칙명현고우대조조，비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。관찰조환자병발감염솔명현저우대조조，비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：습성요법치료압창효과현저，병발감염궤솔저，경치득재림상상보편추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect in treatment of pressure ulcers with wet healing therapy and traditional healing therapy.Method:Retrospective analysis of 60 patients with pressure ulcers,33 cases were treated with wet healing therapy and 27 cases were treated with traditional healing therapy.Pressure ulcer healing and healing time of two groups were compared.Result:Total cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were obviously higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average healing time and switching frequency of the observation group were obviously higher than that of control group;while the switching interval correlation of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The contrast The concurrent infection rates of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of wet healing therapy in treat pressure ulcers is more significant and concurrent infection rates is lower,so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
