目的:探讨高胆红素血症新生儿血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平变化的意义。方法:选择2012年1月-2013年5月本院收治的100例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿为研究对象,并分为轻、中、重度高胆组。选取同期生理性黄疸不明显(TSB<85μmol/L)的足月顺产新生儿50例作为正常对照组。比较各组NSE水平。结果:高胆红素血症各组NSE水平均高于对照组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度高胆组NSE水平显著高于其他各组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);总胆红素程度越严重,NSE水平越高。结论:NSE水平变化对高胆红素血症检测具有重要意义,可以作为临床早期监测新生儿是否进入胆红素脑病危险期的一个生物学指标,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토고담홍소혈증신생인혈청신경원특이성희순화매(NSE)수평변화적의의。방법:선택2012년1월-2013년5월본원수치적100례신생인고담홍소혈증환인위연구대상,병분위경、중、중도고담조。선취동기생이성황달불명현(TSB<85μmol/L)적족월순산신생인50례작위정상대조조。비교각조NSE수평。결과:고담홍소혈증각조NSE수평균고우대조조,비교차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05);중도고담조NSE수평현저고우기타각조,비교차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05);총담홍소정도월엄중,NSE수평월고。결론:NSE수평변화대고담홍소혈증검측구유중요의의,가이작위림상조기감측신생인시부진입담홍소뇌병위험기적일개생물학지표,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate neonatal hyperbilirubinemia neuron-specific enolase in cerebrospinal fluid levels of significance. Method:100 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in children were studied from January 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital,and were divided into light,medium and severe high cholesterol group. Selectd the period of physiological jaundice was not obvious(TSB<85μmol/L)of 50 cases of full-term neonates as normal control group. Compared between groups of NSE,bilirubin. Result:Hyperbilirubinemia group NSE levels was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);weight and high bile group NSE levels were significantly higher than other groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);total bilirubin level of more serious,NSE level was higher. Conclusion:Serum neuron-specific enolase levels detected on hyperbilirubinemia is important,as early detection of clinical neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy whether to enter the dangerous period of a biological indicator,is worthy of clinical application.
