稻草中含有丰富的营养物质,是一种可利用的潜在资源。水稻植质钵育秧盘制备技术就是将稻草制备成水稻育秧载体,实现了稻草的高附加值再利用。前期由于技术和工艺的原因致使未实现该技术产业化的开发。为了实现水稻植质钵育秧盘制备的工业化生产,介绍了一种流程简单、操作安全、设备易于制造水稻植质钵育秧盘产业化的制备方法,其成品能够提供完全满足水稻育秧的生长环境。在现有市场条件下,利用本生产线制备水稻植质钵育秧盘,项目静态投资回收期为1.7年。

Straw is rich in nutrient substance , and is one kind of available and potential resource .The technology of the creating rice seedling-growing tray is to make straw into rice seedlings carrier , realizes the reuse of the high added value . Because the reason of technology and process caused the failed of Industrialized technology development .In order to real-ize the industrialized technology for the rice seedling-growing tray , this paper introduces a kind of process witch is sim-ple ,safe operation and easy to manufacture , the products fully meet the environmental require of rice seedlings growth .In the current market conditions , project static investment payback period is 1 .7 years if this production line to make the rice seedling-growing tray is used .
