鉴于采用静止图像会影响检测速度且难以满足高批量的检测需要,研制了禽蛋在线检测翻转机构。对机构的主要结构、工作原理进行了描述,并通过试验,确定了机构主要技术参数。试验结果表明,该机构能够满足禽蛋在线检测的要求。试验确定出输送链速与摄像机采样频率间的最佳匹配速度范围为0.127~0.253m/s,为后续的图像处理和分级机构的控制提供了理论基础。

In view of the impact of the use of still images to detect the speed , it was difficult to meet the needs of high volume testing ,the rolling mechanism of eggs vision inspection was buid .The structure and working principles were de-scribed in this paper .And the main technical parameters was determined .The test results show that the mechanism meets the requirements of online testing,and determine the best match rate range was 0.127~0.253(m/s).Heoretical basis for follow-up image processing and classification of the control agencies is provided .
