针对3 MDZK-12型棉花打顶机作业过程中动力直接传递到刀轴,高速旋转的刀轴与四杆机构仿形装置易产生共振导致打顶精度低和稳定性差这一问题,提出了刀轴动力传递与仿形装置仿形升降运动互不干涉的方案,设计研制了基于伸缩套管传动和垂直升降仿形平台的3 MDZF-6型单体仿形棉花打顶机。田间试验结果表明:作业速度为3.02km/h、标准差在4.2时,打顶率达到93.7%,打顶前后棉株高度轨迹拟合度较好,打顶精度和稳定性有所提高。
針對3 MDZK-12型棉花打頂機作業過程中動力直接傳遞到刀軸,高速鏇轉的刀軸與四桿機構倣形裝置易產生共振導緻打頂精度低和穩定性差這一問題,提齣瞭刀軸動力傳遞與倣形裝置倣形升降運動互不榦涉的方案,設計研製瞭基于伸縮套管傳動和垂直升降倣形平檯的3 MDZF-6型單體倣形棉花打頂機。田間試驗結果錶明:作業速度為3.02km/h、標準差在4.2時,打頂率達到93.7%,打頂前後棉株高度軌跡擬閤度較好,打頂精度和穩定性有所提高。

Based on the type of 3 MDZK-12 cotton topping machine during the operation force is transferred directly to the knife shaft , rotating the cutter shaft and the four rod mechanism profiling device easy to produce resonance leads to topping low precision and poor stability of the problem , put forward the knife shaft power transmission and copying device copying movements of non-interference in each other's plan , design and development based on extension casing drive and vertical profiling platform of 3 MDZF-6 single profiling cotton topping machine .Field test results show that:the operation speed is 3.1 hours per km ,standard deviation in 4.2,topping rate reached 93.7%, before and after topping cotton alti-tude trajectory fit well , topping precision and stability are improved .
