为了提高温室大棚的空间利用率,满足大型化、集约化烟草育苗的需求,设计研制了烟草旋转育苗机,并介绍其结构和工作原理。同时,应用 SolidWorks 软件建立了各零部件的三维实体模型,并进行了装配。通过Parasolid 传输标准将SolidWorks 环境下的工作机构装配体模型文件导入ADAMS中,通过施加一定的约束条件,实现了对旋转育苗机的运动学仿真和分析,提高了设计效率和准确性,为旋转育苗机的动力学分析和优化设计提供了技术方法。

In order to improve the space utilization in the greenhouse , tobacco rotary seedling machine was designed with high efficiency to meet larges-scale and intensive tobacco growing demand .The structure and working principle of tobac-co rotary seedling machine was explained , the three-dimensional solid model of each transmission part was established and assembled using SolidWorks .Importing the assembly file of operating mechanism in SolidWorks to ADAMS with Pa-rasolid transmission standard , it can implement the kinematic simulation and analysis of the rotary seedling machine by applying certain constraint conditions .It improved the design efficiency and accuracy , which provided prerequisite for dy-namics and optimization design of the tobacco rotary seedling machine .
