为了对小麦播种过程中的种管状态进行实时监测，研制了一种基于 CAN 总线的24行小麦播种监控系统。重点研究了播种监控传感器的设计与信号处理方法、监测模块的设计以及关键技术、显示终端的功能设计以及系统通讯协议设计；并对所研制的小麦播种监控系统进行了功能和性能试验验证，系统误报警率在0．5％以下，能够满足播种作业的要求。试验和应用结果表明，系统能够及时监测到小麦播种过程中排种轴断裂、种箱缺种、种管堵塞、漏播等状况并进行报警，在振动、灰尘等田间作业环境下能够长时间稳定可靠地工作，避免人工监控不全面、随机性强等问题，在小麦播种季节发挥重要作用。

A 24-line wheat sowing monitor system based on CAN bus is developed to monitor and warn the sowing -pipe status in real time .The design and signal processing method of the sowing monitor sensor , critical technology of the moni-tor module , function design of the display terminal and system communication protocol are specifically researched .Exper-iments are carried out to verify the functions and performance of the wheat sowing monitor system , the results show that the false alarm rate is below 0 .5%.Experiments and application results show that the system can monitor various prob-lems such as sowing-shaft break , sowing-box emptiness , sowing-pipe block and miss-sowing , and work stably for long time in farming environment such as vibration and dust .The system can avoid problems caused by manpower monitor such as unilateralism and randomness , and cut down the expenditure .The sowing process benefits much from the system .
