履带式联合收割机最常见的转向方式为履带一侧制动,另一侧驱动。此种方式转向阻力大,燃油经济性差。为此,对采用单侧制动转向方式的履带式联合收割机,进行田间试验,并测得不同工况下,传统变速箱半轴的扭矩情况;运用 ADAMS软件对传统变速箱动态特性进行了分析研究。对比仿真与试验结果表明,半轴受力仿真与试验结果变化趋势基本一致,精度大于85%。可以认为:虚拟样机模型建立基本正确,仿真数据真实可信。最后,提出全新差动变速箱的设计方案,利用Solidworks 辅助完成变速箱的设计过程,运用 ADAMS 软件对差动变速箱进行分析研究,验证差动变速箱相比于传统变速箱的优越性,为结构优化设计提供依据。

The most common steering method of crawler combine is brake one side and drive the other side , which causes large steering resistance and poor fuel economy .By taking a crawler combine that adjust the break one side turning meth-od as the experiment object , the torque of conventional gearbox axle is got , under different working conditions .The analy-sis of the dynamic characteristics of a conventional gearbox is finished in ADAMS .Comparison of simulation and experi-mental results shows that , the trend of the axle force in simulation and test consistent , and simulation accuracy is greater than 85%.The virtual prototype model is correct and simulation data is authentic .The new differential gearbox is pro-posed .Solidworks is used to assist the completion of the design process of the gearbox .ADAMS is used to analyze the dif-ferential gearbox , validating the superiority of differential gearbox in comparison with the traditional , providing the basis for structural optimize .
