首次从理论分析角度深入探讨了具有代表性的曲柄连杆振动筛式玉米籽粒回收装置;阐述了曲柄连杆振动筛式玉米籽粒回收装置设计上的缺点,并对其进行了改进提高;提出了衡量苞叶、茎秆、茎叶、玉米籽粒等混合物能否被振动筛抛起的指标是运动特征值k 是否大于 k0;最后,重新设计了新的曲柄连杆式籽粒回收装置的模型。

Deep discussion and research has been conducted for the first time from the perspective of theoretical analysis on crank connected vibrating-sieve device , which is representative for recovering corn kernel;defects in design of the re-covery device has been elaborated , and the defects were improved; that the index on deciding whether mixed bracts , haulm , stem leaf and corn kernel can be tossed up by vibrating sieve is whether the kinematical eigenvalue K is more thanK0 or not is put forward for the first time;Finally, the new model of recovery device is redesigned .
