针对传统播种机机具容易堵塞的缺点,研制了一种新型小麦免割播种机。通过对小麦播种机工作原理的分析,对小麦免割播种机的主要工作部件双向螺旋刀进行了重要参数的选择,并利用有限元理论结合 Ansys 软件、采用APDL参数化设计语言建立了双向螺旋刀的有限元模型,对双向螺旋刀进行了有限元分析。结果表明:双向螺旋刀能够满足强度和刚度要求,本新型小麦免割播种机能够满足工作要求。

In view of the disadvantages of equipment easy to plug of the traditional seeding machine , this paper designs a kind of new Wheat sowing machine for cutting free .Based on the analysis of operation principle of wheat seeder and im-portant parameters selection of wheat sowing machine for cutting free of the main working parts of bidirectional helical cut -ter .The main parts of the Wheat sowing machine for cutting free are established by APDL parameter design language . The results show that the main transmission chain of way can meet the job requirements of Wheat sowing machine for cut -ting free and the main parts can satisfy the intensity and rigidity requirements .
