为准确预测联合收割机行走半轴的失效部位以及使用寿命,利用nSoft 软件的数据处理模块合成了联合收割机行走半轴典型工况的载荷谱;采用SolidWorks 软件建立了联合收割机行走半轴的三维有限元模型,并用载荷谱外推后的最大值进行加载,得到行走半轴花键处的剪切应力云图和等效应力云图,等效应力的最大值小于材料的屈服极限;基于Simulation 模块中定义的 S-N 曲线对行走半轴进行了疲劳分析,预测了行走半轴花键齿根部的工作寿命为2752h,与厂家提供的售后使用记录中的行走半轴失效时间较为接近。
為準確預測聯閤收割機行走半軸的失效部位以及使用壽命,利用nSoft 軟件的數據處理模塊閤成瞭聯閤收割機行走半軸典型工況的載荷譜;採用SolidWorks 軟件建立瞭聯閤收割機行走半軸的三維有限元模型,併用載荷譜外推後的最大值進行加載,得到行走半軸花鍵處的剪切應力雲圖和等效應力雲圖,等效應力的最大值小于材料的屈服極限;基于Simulation 模塊中定義的 S-N 麯線對行走半軸進行瞭疲勞分析,預測瞭行走半軸花鍵齒根部的工作壽命為2752h,與廠傢提供的售後使用記錄中的行走半軸失效時間較為接近。

In order to predict the failure location and service life of half axle of combine harvester precisely , the load spectra of half axle in typical working conditions was compiled by using the software of nSoft , the three-dimensional finite element model of half axle was established by using SolidWorks and the external load was added on the basis of the load spectra , the stress contour plot of half axle showed the maximum Von Mises stress was less than yield limit , the fatigue life contour plot of half axle was created based on the S-N curve defined in the Simulation module , it predicted that the working life of the spline root was 2752 hours about , the result is close to the actual failure time of the half axle .
