为减少药物对使用者伤害和降低劳动强度,通过将MSP430与VC++结合,开发了一套智能喷药车控制系统。该系统利用 MSP430 F149微控制器和 ZigBee 作为核心器件,搭建喷药车,通过预先铺设轨道并设置预期喷药浓度和喷药间隔时间,实现智能喷药车的智能循迹喷药;利用 VC 上位机界面和 ACCESS 数据库实现了直观化管理,能实时显示并存储当前智能喷药车喷药持续时间、药液气体浓度和药箱药液剩余量等信息。该系统的研发解决了我国目前设施农业喷药方式危险、设备单一落后和数据无法实时显示等问题;且该系统操作简单,界面友好,性价比高,可广泛应用于设施农业大棚,应用前景广阔。

In order to reduce harm of chemical and decrease labor for workers , an intelligent sprayer control system is presented in this paper combining MSP 430 and VC++.Micro-controller MSP430F149 and ZigBee as key parts of the sprayer , intelligent working according to certain route can be achieved by establishing route for the sprayer and setting concentration and interval time of the chemical .Visual management is realized by using interface of VC supper computer and database of ACCESS , and data can be displayed and saved in real-time such as lasting time of spraying , concentra-tion of chemical in the room , and amount of remaining chemical in the chemical box .By using this system the following problems in China are resolved:spraying work for cells in agricultural facility is dangerous;there are not enough types of spraying equipment and current sprayers are out-of-date;and data cannot be real-time displayed .With simple system handling , friendly interface , and high ratio of performance to price , the system mentioned in this paper can be widely used in cells in agricultural greenhouses .
