随着我国马铃薯产业的快速发展，对马铃薯机械化程度的要求不断提高。目前，我国仍然主要以挖掘机为主，机械化程度低。国外联合收获机作业效率高，但多数体积庞大，仅适合于大地块，而我国薯类种植区多为中小地块，特别是丘陵山地，地块较小，薯类联合收获机难以应用。为了满足我国丘陵山地薯类机械化收获的需要，设计开发出了一种自走式小型化的薯类联合收获机，可一次完成挖掘、输送、分离、捡拾和装箱作业。田间试验表明，该机的平均损失率为0．6％，平均破皮率为2．8％，平均伤薯率0．1％，作业效果良好。

With the rapid development of potato industry in China ,the potato mechanization degree requirement .However our country still basically excavator-based at present , the mechanization rate is low .Foreign combine harvester has high-er efficiency , but most of them are huge in size , only suitable for large plots , but our country potato planting area for many small and medium plots , especially in hilly area , smaller plots , potato combine harvester hardly to application .In order to meet China's Hilly Potato Mechanized Harvest needs , designed and developed a self-propelled miniature potato combine harvester .The harvester can complete the mining , transportation , separation , picking , packing .The field test shows that the machine of the average loss rate of 0 .6%, the average broken rate is 2 .8%, the average injury potato rate 0 .1%, operation effect is good .
