在分析当前育苗现状的基础上，提出了一种新型气吸式育苗钵育苗播种机。该机构主要由输送机构、填土机构、播种覆土机构、传动机构和配电箱组成。通过不完全齿轮，实现了填土、播种和覆土的间歇运动；采用四杆机构、气泵、电磁阀及行程开关的配合，实现种子的精确播种。实验结果表明，播种机结构设计合理，为育苗钵育苗提供了一种切实可行、经济有效的方案。

facing the deficiencies of the traditional seedlings , it is put forward that a new seedling-pot seeder , which mainly consists of conveying mechanism , filling mechanism , sowing and earth covering mechanism , transmission mecha-nism and a power distribution box .It is realized that the intermittent motions of filling , sowing and covering by incom-plete gears mechanism .The process of precision seedling is implemented by a mechanism , which includes four-bar link-age , air-pump , solenoid valve and travel switch .Practice proves that seedling-pot seeder can improve the efficiency of seedling .
