目的:探讨肠内营养专案改善对降低神经内科危重症患者肠内营养过程中误吸并发症的作用。方法收集2011年2月~2013年3月我院神经内科住院的危重症并行肠内营养患者117例,按是否实施肠内营养专案改善分为对照组(58例)和观察组(59例)。对照组按常规鼻饲护理进行肠内营养;观察组按我院危重症质控小组制订的肠内营养专案改善在常规鼻饲护理基础上,加强了护理培训、鼻饲体位、营养泵使用和质量监督等管理。比较两组在肠内营养期间发生误吸的情况。结果观察组误吸发生率明显低于对照组(1.7% VS 13.8%,P<0.05)。结论肠内营养专案改善能降低神经内科危重症患者肠内营养过程中误吸的发生率,提高护理质量。
目的:探討腸內營養專案改善對降低神經內科危重癥患者腸內營養過程中誤吸併髮癥的作用。方法收集2011年2月~2013年3月我院神經內科住院的危重癥併行腸內營養患者117例,按是否實施腸內營養專案改善分為對照組(58例)和觀察組(59例)。對照組按常規鼻飼護理進行腸內營養;觀察組按我院危重癥質控小組製訂的腸內營養專案改善在常規鼻飼護理基礎上,加彊瞭護理培訓、鼻飼體位、營養泵使用和質量鑑督等管理。比較兩組在腸內營養期間髮生誤吸的情況。結果觀察組誤吸髮生率明顯低于對照組(1.7% VS 13.8%,P<0.05)。結論腸內營養專案改善能降低神經內科危重癥患者腸內營養過程中誤吸的髮生率,提高護理質量。
목적:탐토장내영양전안개선대강저신경내과위중증환자장내영양과정중오흡병발증적작용。방법수집2011년2월~2013년3월아원신경내과주원적위중증병행장내영양환자117례,안시부실시장내영양전안개선분위대조조(58례)화관찰조(59례)。대조조안상규비사호리진행장내영양;관찰조안아원위중증질공소조제정적장내영양전안개선재상규비사호리기출상,가강료호리배훈、비사체위、영양빙사용화질량감독등관리。비교량조재장내영양기간발생오흡적정황。결과관찰조오흡발생솔명현저우대조조(1.7% VS 13.8%,P<0.05)。결론장내영양전안개선능강저신경내과위중증환자장내영양과정중오흡적발생솔,제고호리질량。
Objective To study the effect of project improvement of enteral nutrition for reducing the complica-tions of aspiration during enteral nutrition for neurological critical care patients .Method A total of 117 critical care inpatients with enteral nutrition were collected from the neurology department in our hospital from February 2011 to March 2013 .All patients were divided into the observation group (59 cases) and the control group(58 cases) ac-cording to the project improvement of enteral nutrition had been applied or not .The control group was treated by conventional nursing of nasal feeding ,while the observation group was treated by the project improvement of enteral nutrition formulated by the quality control group for critical care patients at our hospital .On the basis of convention-al nursing care ,we strengthened nursing education ,body position ,using enteral feeding pump ,and quality supervi-sion in the observation group .The incidence of aspiration during enteral nutrition was compared between the two groups .Result Compared with the control group ,the incidence of aspiration was reduced significantly in the obser-vation group(1 .7% VS 13 .8% ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion The project improvement of enteral nutrition in the neuro-logical critical care patients reduces the incidence of aspiration ,and improves the quality of nursing .
