成人教育是终身教育的重要组成部分，但从教育对象、教学内容等方面有别于普通高等教育，其教学模式必然也有其特殊性，在实际教学中，仍有很多教师采用传统的与普通高等教育类似的教学模式，难以保证有好的教学效果，本文总结了常见的教学模式，分析总结了各自的特点，以南京农业大学工学院培训部为例，提出了从教学理念、教学方法、教学规律、教学手段等方面改革传统的教学模式，提高成人教育教学质量。

Adult education is an important part of lifelong education, but different from the general higher education from the education object, teaching content, its teaching mode must also has its particularity, in practical teaching, there are still many teachers to adopt the traditional teaching model similar to ordinary higher education, it is difficult to guarantee the good teaching effect, this paper summarizes the common teaching mode, analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the training department, Nanjing Agricultural University Institute of technology as an example, put forward to reform the traditional teaching mode from the aspects of teaching idea, teaching method, teaching law, teaching methods, improving teaching quality of adult education.
