农产品的现代流通建设和安全保障是关系国计民生的重要问题。目前，国内对于农产品流通的研究研究成果几乎涵盖了农产品流通的所有研究领域，但总体来说，现有农产品流通的研究中只有很少一部分研究成果值得农产品流通领域加以借鉴。特别是对于现代信息技术下农产品流通体系究竟需要怎样改变和需要怎样的支撑体系、是否需要创新流通组织模式以及建立现代流通体系缺乏深入研究，缺少针对性较强的政策措施。从当前研究现状看，我国农产品现代流通组织、支撑农产品流通的的技术体系、产业体系、政策体系等都需要我国学者进行深入研究。

Modern circulation system construction and the security assurance of agricultural products are important issues relating to the national economy and the people's livelihood. Domestic researches for agricultural product circulation now have covered almost all areas;however, only a few of them are worth popularizing in practical. How to change the agricultural products circulation system? What support systems are needed? If it is necessary to innovate circulation organizational model and establish a modern circulation system with modern information technology? There are no profound researches on these issues and there is no highly targeted policy as well. It is found that re-searches need to be done concerning modern agricultural product circulation organizations and the support systems such as technology system, industrial system and policy system.
